FY2012 Board of Directors Meeting Schedule
All meetings begin at 5pm unless otherwise stated and are located in the Red Cross training rooms at the chapter office. The public is welcome to attend Board of Directors meetings. Any portion of a meeting that is not open to the public will be exempted per our Corporate Bylaws, with the specific exemption being noted in the minutes. Meeting meetings are kept on file both electronically, and in printed form, at the Cape Fear Chapter's main office located at 1102 S. 16th St., Wilmington, NC 28401 and will be made available for public inspection upon request.
